Requirements

+5 years as a digital designer under your belt

• Ability to manage digital design projects end-to-end, participating in the full website UX and UI design process
• Effectively participate in brainstorming sessions, collaborating with other team members and bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Creating visually appealing and intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Understanding how budget affects the design possibilities
• Understanding of content structure, wireframes, responsive design principles, web standards, and development processes
• Deep understanding of industry standard tools, particularly Figma
• Experience working with developers to deliver seamless design-to-code handover; proactively communicating useful information
• Drawing on your experience to foresee problems and take preventative action
• Experience in corporate comms and B2B would be a bonus
